Bookings

All bookings are subject to driver and vehicle availability. Confirmation is issued after payment.

Payments & refunds

Cancellations more than 48 hours before travel date are fully refundable. Late cancellations may incur charges.

Traveller responsibilities

Travellers must respect local laws, cultural sites and driver instructions during the tour.

Liability

Lotus Tours.lk is not liable for delays caused by weather, road conditions or force majeure events.

We may update these terms and will request re-acceptance on your next sign-in.
